These terms apply to outstandingaivideo.com, run by the Outstanding AI Video team ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Photos you upload
- Upload only your own photo, or a photo of an adult who has given you permission to use it.
- You must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
- Do not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures.
- Do not use the videos to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.
You confirm these rules before each upload. We may refuse or delete content and close accounts that break them.
Trend clips
This is an independent fan-made tool. It has no connection to NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band or anyone in the original clip, and every band member you do not replace with a photo is AI-generated rather than an original performer. If you own a clip and want it removed, see our takedown page.
Payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases, charged in USD at the prices on our pricing page at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions. One credit makes one video. If a video fails, or our video provider rejects the photo, its credit is returned automatically. Within 7 days of purchase, we refund a pack you haven't used in full, and the unused credits of a partly used pack at the price per credit you paid. See our Refund Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Videos are generated by AI and may not look exactly like the person in the photo. You are responsible for how you use and share them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem with the service, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
